ГОСТи та ISO

ISO 9000 is a set of international standards for establishment of quality management system in the company, which represents series of provisions to increase of efficiency of the processes within the company, for the purpose of improvement of products and services.

This set of standards has been developed by ISO Committee based on British Standard BS 5750; first it was published in 1987. In this time, in many countries of the world, ISO 9000 is a national standard.

Quality Management System model as shown on figure, which system is based on process approach, represents that stakeholders are significant players when definition of input data. Monitoring of stakeholder satisfaction requires assessment of information about perception by them of execution of requirements of stakeholders.

GOST is an abbreviation of the phrase «государственный стандарт (Gosudarstvennyy Standart)» (State Standard). Respective GOSTs to be developed by different organizations specialized in specific branches of activity. Requirements of GOST are bound for all government management bodies and subjects of economic activity.
